Stretch, build strength and feel less anxious and work at your own level. Classes combine aspects of current mind-body research, yoga, musings, and hopefully some insights! Work at your own level and learn to listen to your inner voice.
Diana Coates is a certified yoga teacher. She has been teaching yoga for too many years to count. Her approach blends a variety of yoga traditions as well as a full range of spiritual concepts. Each individual is encouraged to work at their own pace in the context of the class.
