Planning a Business Meeting, Seminar or Special Event?
The River Forest Community Center has rooms available for meetings, seminars, showers, receptions and more.
We are conveniently located and have ample parking available with the adjacent parking lot. The Community Center handles the set-up and takedown of the event and has staff available to help with any issues that may arise.
For information and reservations please complete the Room Rental Form and submit it to the Community Center.

Rates below are in effect as of September 1, 2019. Rates are subject to change.

Monday through Friday: 3pm-10pm
Saturday: 8am-11pm * 3-hour mandatory minimum*
Sunday: 7am-10pm * 3-hour mandatory minimum*
*ALL ROOMS REQUIRE A MANDATORY CLEAN-UP FEE OF $50.00,
PLUS AN APPLICABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT *
All renters are given 30 minutes before their rental for free to come in and decorate.
*An Administrative Fee of $50 must be paid at the time of reservation and is non-refundable in the event of a

*All renters MUST provide a valid form of photo ID such as a State ID or Driver’s License to book a room.*
*If alcohol will be served at the event the renter MUST provide their own Host Liquor Liability Insurance
