Cool to be Fit (and Healthy)!

Participants will learn how to incorporate fitness skills and empowering tools and techniques into their everyday routine in order to develop self confidence and a healthy self image. This new class will be fun, challenging and uplifting and will help children build self esteem and confidence in a healthy, safe and nurturing environment.

The class will include exercise and fitness, nutritional awareness, yoga techniques, and other activities designed to promote healthiness and happiness. Margaret Dorn is a certified children’s yoga instructor and has successfully developed and taught self empowerment classes for children.
