CAMP REGISTRATION MUST BE DONE IN PERSON!! Full payment for the first session is due upon registration. If registering for more than one session, a $50 deposit per session will reserve a space for your child. Registration will be accepted for individual weeks of a camp session for Adventure Camp or Urban Safari only subject to availability and the listed fee. The River Forest Community Center offers a wide range of summer camp sessions for ages 15 months to 8th grade. With half-day and full-day camps to fit you and your busy child’s need. Registration must be done in person and is ongoing. Extended Care is available before and after camp. Full payment for the first session is due upon registration. Looking to have a fun evening with your son? Let’s drop the video games for the night! Join the River Forest Community Center for an awesome bowling night for boys K-7th grade and mothers or significant others at Circle Bowling Lanes, 7244 Circle Ave in Forest Park. Explore the Center

The Community Center is an Illinois not-for-profit organization that was incorporated in 1975 for the purpose of providing recreational, social and educational programs for the residents of River Forest and surrounding communities. The Community Center does not have any direct taxing authority and derives the majority of its operating budget from program user fees. Other sources of revenue include fundraising, grants, special events and donations. During the past year the Community Center has continued its partnerships and strengthened its relationships with a number of other local agencies and service providers including Oak Park River Forest High School (OPRFHS), Opportunity Knocks, River Forest Township, Oak Park/River Forest Township Youth Services (OPRFTYS) and West Cook YMCA. These cooperative efforts have proven to be extremely successful and have enabled each of the organizations to expand program opportunities for its participants.
