
Join us for this highly effective, no-nonsense fitness class. "Boot Camp" is a fun, team-motivated program for all fitness levels. Exercises include calisthenics, short distance running/walking, body weight resistance training, weight resistance training, weight training, jumping rope, crunches, obstacle courses, agility and power drills, sports drills, medicine ball work, partner drills and more.
Please bring 5lb. hand weights to class. Mats will be provided by RFCC.
