Gong Bath Sound Meditation

A gong bath is a meditative relaxation experience for any overworked, stressed out mom or dad where a gong is played and vibrations “wash” over the participants inducing deep relaxation. During a gong bath, participants lay down on yoga mats, relax, close their eyes and listen to vibrational sounds of the gong. No meditation or yoga experience required or necessary. Some benefits include, deep relaxation, diminished anxiety and insomnia, combats physical pain, low energy, depression and headaches, and increase self-awareness.
